This eyemask is great because it's shaped to contour around your nose, which most masks don't. It's great for sleeping on airplanes and getting a little nap in where you can (or overnight flights!)
These little sleep patches are great because they help you get to sleep and stay asleep, but also help if you have jet lag! They also combine melatonin with other natural sleep aides, and the patch is designed to deliver the goods all night long.
If you have problems snoring and aren't about a C-PAP, try this snoring sleep device. It's super compact and has good ratings.
Neck problems are abundant with work travelers. This specially designed pillow helps cradle the head and alleviate neck strains while sleeping in a hotel. Plus, it's small enough to smush into your suitcase!
Magnesium oil is a great alternative to tablets if you need rapid absorption. It helps with muscle cramps, joint pain, better sleep, and stress/anxiety relief.
CBD oil is regulated differently in every state. I'm able to buy it in Texas, and highly recommend giving it a try for better sleep, reduced anxiety, and reduced inflammation. If you can't find it in your state, hemp oil is a good alternative.
Melatonin is the hormone that helps you sleep. Sometimes for work travelers, this can get off balance from jet lag in different time zones, or simply too much time in fluorescent lighting. Combinations like this one can help alleviate those frustrations in getting good sleep while you travel:
Sleeping in hotels comes with the knowledge that people are up at all hours, and door slamming at 4 am is a given. Drown out noise with a Bluetooth head-wrap that creates white noise all night long. *And personal note: the more expensive ones seem to work at a much louder volume to more effectively drown out the noise, as well as last longer. (ie-it seems that you get what you pay for on this one.)
