Unless you have an Apple Watch and know how to use it to your advantage in tracking your health and fitness, I highly recommend a FitBit. This tracker keeps up with your heartrate, any physical activity you do, and syncs it into your FitBit account. It also integrates with MyFitnessPal to give you a total calorie count and burn every day in your account.
