As far as the standard hotel gym goes, your only 2 choices here are:



It's not too difficult to just set a speed and/or incline and just go for 20-45 minutes.

However...if you wanna think outside the hotel gym box here...


  • The stairwell for cardio
  • High intensity routines on the treadmill or elliptical where you alternate all out for 5 minutes, much slower for 1-2 minutes (some of the fancier machines have this option built in for you)
  • Just doing the HIIT hotel room workouts instead
