Keep track of your water intake with a marked water bottle. I love this water bottle because it has markers for ounces as well as times through the day to remind you that you haven't hydrated up appropriately through the day. It also serves as an infuser for those days you can add some cut up fruit for fresh flavored water!
Take advantage of hydration times and add some needed amino acids for recovery from soreness after a big workout. These packets are perfect to throw in your bag when you're on the road!
Instead of loading up on sports drinks full of sugar, opt for these electrolyte packets instead! They come in different flavors and will pass right through security at the airport: perfect for travel!
