That's because air travel can dehydrate you quickly. But also, your entire day can disappear before you even realize you haven't had a drop to drink all day.

Many work travel warriors also rely on caffeinated beverages to keep them going, which are diuretics.

Losing fluid between those, dry airplane air, and overheated airports, planes, and cars can leave you in the negative for needed fluids.
