How to Eat Healthy at Wendy’s

GENERAL RULES for Wendy's:

* ❌AVOID buns + breads (including wraps, croissants, bagels, and biscuits)

* ❌ AVOID the fries and baked potatoes

* ❌ AVOID desserts (cookies, Frosties, and ice cream)

* ❌ AVOID soft drinks

* ✔ Ask for breakfast menu item, burgers, or sandwiches on lettuce or in a bowl

* ✔ Order PLAIN coffee/espresso/latte with real milk/cream + stevia sweetener

* ✔ WATER -always a good choice

* ✔ UNsweetened tea

Here's what you can order at Wendy's and not feel (horribly) guilty about:

1. Breakfast:

Bacon, Egg & Swiss IN A BOWL, NO BREAD

*(If you MUST order bread, order this on the croissant)

Sausage, Egg & Cheese Burrito IN A BOWL, NO TORTILLA

>>>Any brewed coffee (including decaf and cold-brew Iced Coffee), 

with milk, 

cream, half n half, and stevia to sweeten.

2. Burgers

*Order burgers with NO BUN preferably! + mustard, load up on veggies + cheese

*Order a side salad as the side if you get the MEAL

-Jr. Hamburger or Cheeseburger

-Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe

-Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger

-Dave's Single

❌ AVOID the other burgers, they have SO many calories, carbs, fats, and sodium!

3. Chicken

*GRILLED chicken with NO BUN, can order on lettuce; load up on veggies + mustard and cheese

-Grilled Barbecue Chicken Sandwich

-Grilled Avocado BLT Chicken Sandwich

-Grilled Chicken Sandwich

-Grilled Asiago Ranch Club

-Grilled Chicken Wrap (ask for in a bowl with no tortilla)

-Crispy (or Spicy) Chicken Nuggets (ONLY if pairing with a salad)

4. Chili

5. Salads

*Watch the dressings!

-HALF Spicy Buffalo Chicken Salad

-FULL or HALF Parmesan Caesar Chicken Salad (nix the croutons)
