GENERAL RULES for Starbucks:

* ❌AVOID any sweets (donuts, most breads, muffins, wraps, sandwiches, bagels, oatmeal)

* ❌ AVOID the fancy drinks (Frappucchinos, Macchiatos, Mochas, Lattes, Hot chocolates, Juices, Steamers {FULL of sugar!!}

* ❌ AVOID flavor shots (nearly straight sugar!); And BE AWARE that the sugar free ones are made of the bad artificial sweeteners...

* ✔ Order PLAIN coffee/espresso/latte with real milk/cream + stevia sweetener

* ✔ WATER -always a good choice
