How to Eat Healthy at Chipotle

GENERAL RULES for Chipotle:

* ❌ AVOID soft drinks

* ❌ AVOID Chipotle honey vinaigrette dressing

* ✔ Order any of the meats, beans, veggies, toppings

* ✔ WATER -always a good choice

Here's what you can order at Chipotle and not feel guilty about:

1. Burrito Bowl

Any meats, beans, and veggies for toppings.

If you want rice, ask for a little BROWN rice.
