GENERAL RULES for Chick-Fil-A:

* ❌ AVOID the ice cream, cookies, milkshakes, Icedreams, and anything Frosted
* ✔ Order PLAIN coffee/espresso/latte with real milk/cream + stevia sweetener
* ✔ WATER, UNsweetened tea, DIET Lemonade
Here's what you can order at Chick-Fil-A and not feel guilty about:
1. Breakfast:
Any combination of egg, sausage, bacon, and cheese can be ordered in a BOWL (without a biscuit or bagel)
Chicken Hash Brown Scramble Bowl w/Jalapeno Salsa
Sausage Has Brown Scramble Bowl w/Jalapeno Salsa
Bacon, Egg & Cheese Muffin (nix the muffin unless you're dying for bread)

with milk, cream, half n half, and stevia to sweeten.
❌ AVOID the Iced or cold coffees! (Loaded with sugar!)
2. Lunch/Dinner Items

Nuggets (the nuggets are fine, but the BEST choice is GRILLED nuggets!)
Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap (WITHOUT wrap unless you're dying for a tortilla)

Creamy Salsa
Avocado Lime Ranch
Garlic & Herb Ranch Sauce
Zesty Buffalo Sauce
{If you're trying to cut total calories/fat, choose Light Italian, Zesty Buffalo Sauce, or Garlic & Herb Ranch Sauce}
✔ If ordering a MEAL, choose a side salad as the side!
❌ AVOID the fries
3. Salads
Any of the salad entrees are great--NIX the TOPPINGS on the Spicy Southwest Salad
4. Sides
If ordering a MEAL, choose one of these as your side:
Fruit Cup (any size)
Superfood Side Salad (with or without toppings, SMALL)
Side Salad (with or without toppings)
Chicken Soup (SMALL ONLY)
5. Drinks
Water or UNsweetened ice tea are your best choices.
{Even the DIET Lemonade has sugars in it, but if you MUST have lemonade, at least choose the Diet version}
