When you reach your work destination, if you happen to have a hotel room with a fridge, take advantage!

Find the nearest grocery store and grab a few healthy things to keep you on track:

Produce section: ✅

  • Pre-made Salads (watch the toppings: nuts are sometimes coated in sugar)
  • Cut up veggie cups
  • Fresh fruit cups
  • Loose fruit like apples and bananas (Pair with almond butter individual packets)

Lunch-Meat section: ✅

  • Natural, nitrate-free pepperoni
  • Cheese sticks
  • P-3 Snack packs or similar (without the chocolate-covered whatevers or crackers)

Chip/Snack section: ✅

  • Popcorn (salty flavors, not sweet)
  • Super dark chocolate bars (if you need something sweet)
  • Organic tortilla chips + salsa
  • Beef/Chicken/Pork Jerky (check ingredients, many will add sugars if they're flavored)
  • Peatos
  • Bada Bean Bada Boom

Dairy/Yogurt section: ✅

  • Cottage cheese (get the very smallest container and pair it with fresh blueberries/strawberries/raspberries/blackberries)
