
GROCERY STORE SNACKS
When you reach your work destination, if you happen to have a hotel room with a fridge, take advantage!
Find the nearest grocery store and grab a few healthy things to keep you on track:
Produce section:
- Pre-made Salads (watch the toppings: nuts are sometimes coated in sugar)
- Cut up veggie cups
- Fresh fruit cups
- Loose fruit like apples and bananas (Pair with almond butter individual packets)
Lunch-Meat section:
- Natural, nitrate-free pepperoni
- Cheese sticks
- P-3 Snack packs or similar (without the chocolate-covered whatevers or crackers)
Chip/Snack section:
- Popcorn (salty flavors, not sweet)
- Super dark chocolate bars (if you need something sweet)
- Organic tortilla chips + salsa
- Beef/Chicken/Pork Jerky (check ingredients, many will add sugars if they're flavored)
- Peatos
- Bada Bean Bada Boom
Dairy/Yogurt section:
- Cottage cheese (get the very smallest container and pair it with fresh blueberries/strawberries/raspberries/blackberries)
Health bar section:
- Rx Bars
- Lara Bars
- dang Bars
- truth Bars or truth minis
- KIND Bars
- IQ Bars
- love good fats Bars
