AIRPORT SNACKS

Grabbing a quick airport snack doesn't have to be difficult! There are usually minimal places to grab snacks here. Follow the guide below for the main hubs.

CIBO EXPRESS:

  • Bars (Follow the 3-6-3 rule)
    • Most will have Lara Bars, etc
    • Go HERE to see approved bars
  • Jerky (salty flavors only)
  • Popcorn (salty flavors)
  • Mixed nuts (unsalted or plain salted only)
  • WATER

NEWS-STAND SHOPS:

  • Roasted nuts
  • Popcorn (salty flavors)
  • WATER
  • Bars (Follow the 3-6-3 rule)

COFFEE SHOPS:

  • Plain Coffee (real milk or half n half + stevia to sweeten) {Ex: Peet's}
  • WATER
  • If you want flavored, ask for a shot or two of SUGAR-FREE flavoring
  • Hot teas (with stevia to sweeten)
  • Quiches (similar to the Sou Vide egg bites from Starbucks)
  • Combo boxes with (for example) apples + cheese, almonds or other nuts, whole grain crackers
  • Breakfast sandwiches WITHOUT the bread! (Ask for in a BOWL)
  • Fresh fruit
  • PLAIN oatmeal, add cream/milk + cinnamon+ stevia to sweeten (DON'T add the brown sugar!)
  • Most of the FLATBREAD options are ok
  • ❌ AVOID: Muffins, nearly all breads, biscuits, croissants, bagels, donuts
  • ❌ AVOID: Fruit juices
  • ❌ AVOID: Frozen beverages
  • ❌ AVOID: Fancy flavored beverages
