For more than two decades, I’ve lived the other side of the work travel lifestyle.
My husband has been on the road for 23 years. I’ve been the one at home—raising three kids, running a business, and managing the day-to-day of a life that doesn’t slow down just because my other half’s in a different time zone.
Work Travel Fit was born from that reality.

Who I Am
I’m a certified health coach and nutritionist with a master of science in nutrition, mom of four—and more than 20 years of firsthand experience supporting a family while my spouse travels year-round for work.
I’ve spent years creating wellness systems that support not just the traveler, but the partner and the family that support them.
Because the company you’re working for? They don’t care if your marriage is crumbling, your kids barely know you, and that your latest labs show your health is in a fast downward spiral.
As long as you get the job done, the rest is on you.

I’ve struggled with the toll it takes, and watched friends in similar situations struggle the same. And I’ve spent the last 20+ years building systems to help people live this life well—without losing what matters most.
